We have made a commitment to helping low and middle income countries tackle birth defects by building better healthcare services for their populations.
The PHG Foundation and our associates have already made a huge investment in developing the toolkit and what is needed now is action by governments and their health partners.
If you share our aims - whether you are a health professional, a policy-maker, or just someone who wants to see children born healthy - then add your voice to our call for action - join the Born Healthy network
It's completely free, and your voice can make a difference to the future of millions of children.
People from all over the world are joining the Born Healthy Network

We welcome people and organisations from all backgrounds who are interested in global health and international development issues, and share our interests in tacking birth defects.
To discuss organisational membership and ways to get involved, please contact us at organisations[at]bornhealthy[dot]org
The network brings together experts and supporters to spread the message that a lot can, and should, be done to reduce the burden of birth defects on the world’s poorest populations. We hope that network members will promote the uptake of the toolkit in their countries or within already existing vertical health programmes.
As membership grows we’d like to see members connecting with each other to support knowledge transfer and collaboration. As a member you may like to use the website to talk about your relevant work or share your experiences of using the toolkit.
